We always thought that our favorite athletes are doing wonders. But then we might not realize that sportsmen do have some little advices from people around them. In here we have those little athletes secret that is due to their sports doctors’ advices.- Do footwork and plyometrics. This will you balance your footing. Then the high impact drills will help in toning of your muscles.
- Try Pilates. Pilates can soften that stiff muscles. Do it from time to time when you feel like already stiffed. It can also promote good posture.
- Cut on soda, or better no soda. It can bloat you and make you feel fat.
- If possible, try yoga. Same as Pilates, yoga will help you focus and will to tone down your muscles too. But this shouldn’t replace your workout, only have it if it complements your routine. Check if it’s possible with your doctor. Bikram yoga seems to be popular with well know athletes.
- Eat lean meat, fruits and greens. You can do well with oatmeal too. This will keep your body weight stable and it’s healthy. Cut on junk foods too.
- Visualize mock up fights. It’s another game of the mind where you try to prepare your mindset and your moves as well.
- Train in increasing intensity. Then have it toned down by easier recovery week.
- Eat organic. You can do it from time to time if it is not possible due to supply. But nothing is much better than having all organic diet.
- Try the course or the game field before the actual game. This will breed familiarity and will be a great advantage in your side too.
- Concentrate and associate. Unlike some advices that say you have to dissociate to concentrate, associating will stop you from reaching a psychological wall that will slow you down.
