Andy Carroll wins with first racehorse at Kempton

   Andy Carroll, Kempton, Ninety Minutes, west ham, horse racing,
ENGLAND International Andy Carroll was celebrating after Ninety Minutes carried his colours to victory at Kempton yesterday.

Carroll, owns the John Best-trained colt with his West Ham team mate Kevin Nolan and their agent Mark Curtis.
This was a first success for Carroll with his first ever racehorse. Steve Drowne, the successful rider, was fortunate to escape the carnage in the seven furlong event which resulted in three horses falling.Silvercombe appeared to break down inside the final furlong, throwing Renato Souza to the ground.
Don Ottavio, ridden by Ted Durcan, was brought down as was the Seb Sanders-ridden Synonym.
Sanders rode the winner of the following race and Durcan rose to his feet but Souza went to hospital for precautionary X-rays.
