BAYERN MUNICH boss Pep Guardiola has given Manchester United hope of landing midfielder Toni Kroos.

     

Kroos, 24, is under contract until 2015 but has been watched by David Moyes as talks over a new deal stall.
United still need to improve their midfield ranks, despite the signing of Juan Mata.
Guardiola has used Kroos in all but one of Bayern's games this season but admitted anything can happen.
Guardiola said: "He [Kroos] is an important player.

     

"But it can go fast in football. Here today, there tomorrow."
Kroos yesterday hinted he would be open to a move to Old Trafford.
The German said: "I am unable to rule anything out.
"I am under contract with Bayern Munich (until June 2015). Actually there are yet no further talks (regarding a new contract) scheduled."
