Cristiano Ronaldo Builds Museum Dedicated to Himself

Portuguese superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo, is by  far one of the greatest players of his generation and a contender to win the 2013 Ballon D'or. He hopes to be able to place his second Ballon D'or in his new Museum in his hometown of Madeira.

The museum, solely dedicated to the the new top scorer in the history of the Portuguese National team, is expected to be finished towards the end of this year or in the beginning months of 2014.

The museum will include everything from photos of the Portuguese international, to jerseys, balls and his trophy collection. The museum will include a collection of objects since the early stages of his career, which he began in the 90s as a young child in Madeira.

Ronaldo and his mother were the masterminds behind the idea of the museum and Ronaldo is the one providing all the funds for the building of the museum, which is still under construction.

This museum will be located near the port in Funchal, which is the capital of the Portuguese island of Madeira. This is expected to be a great development for the small city as it will bring many of tourists to the city from all over the world.
