Djokovic beat David Ferrer 7-5 7-5 in the Paris Masters final and believes he is in the type of consistent form to pip Spaniard Rafa Nadal for the top rating.

The Serb, 26, must retain his crown at the ATP World Tour Finals which start in London today and win the Davis Cup to knock Nadal off his perch.
He said: “I’m in a good spot at this moment. I enjoy competing. Summer was up and down and now I’m playing at a very high level again.”And Djokovic feels he can come through a demanding schedule involving the ATP Finals, where he faces Roger Federer in his first round robin match tomorrow, and a Davis Cup final against the Czech Republic in Prague.
He added: “I have a tight schedule but all of the top players have had long seasons.
“You just have to try to find the strength to find a way to recover.”
