AMIR KHAN has vowed knock out Floyd Mayweather when the American superstar visits Bolton.

But the British puncher plans to do it on his PlayStation rather than in the ring.

Pound-for-pound king Mayweather, 37, is visiting the town as part of a series of after dinner speaking events around the UK.
Khan, 27, reckons Mayweather is only coming to his home town to wind him up, but is still set to confront him at his £200-a-seat dinner at the Reebok on June 23.
The former light-welterweight title holder is desperate for a money-spinning shot at the undefeated welterweight champion after he chose to fight Marcos Maidana in his last bout.
Khan impressed in his win over the big-hitting Luis Collazo 10 days ago on the undercard of Mayweather’s win and now wants the big clash next May.
He will invite Mayweather round to his house just down the road to give him a preview of what could happen – on the computer game.

He said: “Maybe he is coming here because he is looking at a fight with me in the future, but I don’t know why he is coming to Bolton.
“If he didn’t know me, I don’t think he’d have heard of Bolton so there must be some interest there from him, but will he fight me? I don’t know.
"Maybe he is just p***ing me off.
“When I heard he was coming, the Reebok is only down the road from me, I thought I’ll invite him to my house.
“We can have a game of pool, but I am rubbish at that so we can have a game of Fight Night on the computer and I can knock him out.”
