Unbeaten: Wilder wants to add a British scalp to his superb 31-0 record
American heavyweight sensation Deontay Wilder says he would want the winner of Tyson Fury's rematch with Dereck Chisora.
The two British sluggers could meet this summer in a repeat of their 2011 clash when Fury handed Chisora his first pro loss.
Wilder,
who is in line for a shot at the vacant WBC title, has followed the
careers of Fury and Chisora and would like a crack at the victor.
Fury
and Chisora's rematch could be an eliminator for the WBO title and the
American is excited about the prospect of any clash being a unification
contest.
"That would be excellent," said Wilder, who hopes to
stretch his unbeaten record to 31-0 tonight against Malik Scott in
Puerto Rico on Saturday.
"You know, that would be excellent, not
only for me but for the winner of the other belts as well because it
would see both of us meeting to unify both belts.
"It would have fresh faces in the top of the division. So that would be great, you know."
Wilder, 28, is not impressed by Fury's attitude and feels the Brit disrespected boxing by entering the ring so heavy for his last fight against Joe Abell last month.

Success: Tyson Fury celebrates his win over Joe Abell
"As far as being a heavyweight and coming in at 277 pounds, it's disrespectful to the sport man," he said.
"It
just lets you know that you're not trying to stay in shape. You're
taking this for granted. If he was in there with a serious contender in
his last fight, then he would have been in trouble.
"If Joe Abell
could have taken a punch as well as he gives one, Tyson would have
gotten knocked out because he was in trouble a couple of times.
"I
saw a couple of flaws that if I put myself in that fight and if it was
me, there were a couple of positions that he put himself in that he
would have been out of there.
"But due to the guy that he had, he
was able to get away with that and, you know, I feel that he should take
it more seriously no matter who he fights because this is boxing and
you never know what can happen in the heavyweight division."
