We won't underrate any team at the World Cup - Keshi
Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi has promised that his team will not be complacent at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Keshi said that they would approach the World Cup tournament with all
the seriousness that it requires in order to put up a good showing in
Brazil.
Nigeria will commence it's campaign at the World Cup with their first game against Iran on June 16 in Curitiba.
They would afterwards play Bosnia-Herzegovina in their second
match,before coming up against Argentina in their final group match.
“The World Cup is the biggest stage of world football and we are
expecting a serious competition from all the teams. It is going to be
one big test of character for all teams and my message to the boys, as I
always is that they must be maintain their focus and not let down their
guards when the going gets tough”, Keshi was quoted as saying on
Vanguard Sports.
He also promised that they will not underrate any team in their group.
“Iran can be dangerous if treated with kids gloves. We must face them
with the seriousness that we will face Argentina and Bosnia-Herzegovina
with”, he added
