DERECK CHISORA is dreaming this Christmas about a world title showdown with one of the Klitschko brothers.

Chisora is in prime position to secure a mandatory tilt at a title and aims to reinforce his position by successfully defending his European belt on February 8.
He is hoping a win will propel him towards bigger things later in the year, saying: “I want a world title and I am on course to fulfil that dream.
“It could be a super summer, with me bidding to become world champion. And I know I am in the shape to do it.”
He is due to meet an as-yet unnamed opponent in February at London’s Copper Box Arena and has vowed to give the British heavyweight division a boost after recent disappointments.
Tyson Fury’s ‘Battle of Britain’ with David Haye has twice been postponed because of injuries to the latter, who is now talking of retirement.
Britain’s other big heavyweight hope, David Price, has suffered two defeats on the bounce against Tony Thompson and has withdrawn from his comeback fight this weekend with flu.

Chisora, back in the world’s top 10 after four successive wins, is ready to move into world title contention once again.
He lost on points to WBC champ Vitali Klitschko last year and with the Ukrainian likely to retire and go into politics, Chisora could fight for the vacant belt.
Vitali’s brother Wladimir, who holds the WBA, IBF and WBO crowns, is another possible opponent for the 29-year-old Londoner.
Chisora said: “I’m right there in the title mix and my aim is to become a mandatory challenger for one of the world titles.
“I will get the February fight out of the way first, then hopefully get an eliminator to become a mandatory world title challenger.
“The summer could be great for me. We will now just wait and see what happens. Put it this way – I am feeling great about it.”

Tickets for Chisora’s European title defence at the Copper Box Arena on February 8 can be obtained on 0844 249 1000 or www.eventim.co.uk
