PAIN GAME: Luis Suarez takes a tumble as Liverpool win at Fulham in midweek
England
winger Theo Walcott and Colombian striker Radamel Falcao have already
seen their hopes of starring in Brazil shattered by serious knee
injuries.
Uruguay hitman Suarez, 27, is heading for a June 19
group stage showdown with England in Brazil. But he said: "The truth is
that I am scared of what happened to Falcao and Walcott.
"But you live in the present and you always give your best for your club.
"You can't be thinking about that all the time.

"It is a unique opportunity and we all want to be there, but I
prefer to focus my mind on the English league. The moment to think about
the national team will arrive later."
Suarez is tipped to be one
of the stars of the World Cup after a sensational season with Liverpool
and appearing to clean up his act.
He has bounced back after being
hit with an eight-game ban for racially abusing Manchester United's
Patrice Evra and a 10-game suspension for biting Chelsea's Branislav
Ivanovic.
But Suarez risked reigniting the race row after insisting he does not regret the 2011 bust-up with Evra.
He said: "Let me tell you, I have made only two mistakes in my career.
"My first was when I was playing for Ajax and I bit an opponent. My second was when I bit (Branislav) Ivanovic.

"Those two were my only two mistakes as a footballer. I said sorry and that was end of story.
"The
case with (Patrice) Evra was all false. I was accused without proof.
But that's in the past. I was sad at that moment, but I'm happy today. I
have grown up and I have thought more about things before doing them.
"Now I am not doing anything wrong people have to talk about me only as a footballer."
Suarez's 23 goals have fired Liverpool into title contention, but Rodgers insists his side are not a one-man team.
Suarez has scored just one of free-scoring Liverpool's last 13 goals and boss Rodgers said: "Luis is a world-class player.
"But other players have scored goals when Luis or Daniel Sturridge were not in the team.
"You don't score the number of goals we do when you are reliant upon one player."
