Tyson Fury says beating Dereck Chisora will be easy
TYSON FURY reckons beating Dereck Chisora will be the easy part of landing a world title shot
CONFIDENT: Tyson Fury thinks he can easily beat Dereck Chisora [GETTY]
EASY: Fury believe's fighting Dereck Chisora will be a walk in the park [GETTY]
Fury takes on big-punching Joey Abell.
But Fury, who beat
Chisora in 2011, does not believe WBO, IBF and WBA champ Klitschko will
face him even if he does win the eliminator for the Ukrainian’s WBO
belt.
The unbeaten heavyweight admits he may have to wait for
Klitschko to retire before he can get a title shot as the Ukrainian does
not want to risk taking him on.
He said: “Beating Dereck is the easy part. Getting the shot off Klitschko is the hard part.
“I
don’t think Wladimir wants to fight me. You can’t force someone to
fight you - as we know with David Haye. Look what happened there.
“I
don’t think he is afraid - because fighters aren’t really afraid of
anyone - but it’s not about fighting anymore is it? It’s a business.
“You’re not going to take a hard fight and jeopardise yourself. You can earn more in the long run or earn less for a harder one.
“I will probably have to wait until he retires.
“My time will come. Whether it’s this year, next year or in five years.
