Premier League Predictions - Week 11

Aston Villa vs Cardiff City

Aston Villa1-1Cardiff City

What's your prediction?

Cardiff are a point ahead of Villa and it's expected that this will stay the same. Neither team has had a spectacular start, with nine losses between them, but both have 3-2 wins over Manchester City to their name. Benteke and Whittingham with the goals.

Chelsea vs West Bromwich Albion

Chelsea3-0West Bromwich Albion

What's your prediction?

Chelsea find themselves 2nd place in the league, despite not having the best of starts to the season. A defeat to Newcastle raised question marks, but I expect them to see off West Brom. The Baggies have had a mixed season themselves. Despite a 2-1 win against Manchester United, they find themselves in the bottom half and their only other wins coming against Sunderland and Crystal Palace (bottom two). Chelsea to see off Albion with ease here. Eto'o, Torres and Sessegnon with the goals.

Crystal Palace vs Everton

Crystal Palace0-3Everton

What's your prediction?

Don't expect Palace's bad form to end here. Everton are on fire and could be have been outright second in the league had they beaten Tottenham at the weekend. 3-0 to the Toffees with a Lukaku hat-trick.

Liverpool vs Fulham

Liverpool3-0Fulham

What's your prediction?

Martin Jol is under a lot of pressure as it is, with him and Chris Hughton competing for 3rd place in the sack race. This could be the climax of his run. Pick between Sturridge and Suarez for the scorers.

Southampton vs Hull City

Southampton0-0Hull City

What's your prediction?

It's Southampton's turn this year to be the team who competes with the big boys and challenges for Europe. And it's Hull's turn to be the promoted team that actually does decent. Hull play scrappy defensive football that will try and buy them a point, but Southampton are strong at the back and can hold them. Bore draw.

Norwich City vs West Ham United

Norwich City1-0West Ham United

What's your prediction?

This could be where Norwich's luck turns around. Since week one, West Ham only have one win (despite that being a 3-0 win at White Hart Lane) and Big Sam is another manager with a fair bit of pressure on him. Norwich to just edge this with RVW to grab the goal.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Newcastle United

Tottenham Hotspur0-1Newcastle United

What's your prediction?

When Spurs and Newcastle meet you're guaranteed one thing: goals. In the past four meetings between the clubs, the net's been struck 15 times. Usually at St James' Park, Newcastle do well enough to hold their own, but the Magpies haven't won at White Hart Lane since 2008. Tottenham to just edge it with Soldado, Paulinho and Vertonghen to grab them the goals they need. Remy to get a consolation brace for Newcastle.

Sunderland vs Manchester City

Sunderland1-2Manchester City

What's your prediction?

Every team have their bogey team. Sunderland, despite how well they play beforehand, will always lose at Goodison Park and The Hawthorns. Manchester City's bogey team, however, is Sunderland. At the Etihad, they usually hold their own, hitting the net 11 times in their previous three games against the Black Cats. Sunderland have three consecutive 1-0 wins over the former champions, with Darren Bent, Dong-Won Ji and former Citizen Adam Johnson grabbing them the winning goals. However, City have been on fire recently in the league. 7-0, 4-0, 4-1 and 3-1 are just a pick of some of the results they've accomplished, despite losses to Villa and Cardiff. Aguero and Negredo to net for City after a Steven Fletcher opener.

Manchester United vs Arsenal

Manchester United1-0Arsenal

What's your prediction?

United have had a nightmare start to their season. As a Sunderland fan, I would love to be in United's position. But for a United fan, it's hell. The only bright spark at United right now is Adnan Janujaz, a youngster with the potential to be a world beater. Only in his teens, he is almost established as a first team player for United with two goals already to his name. On the other side of the pitch, Arsenal are doing fantastic. Five points clear at the top of the league with one of the most inform squads in the world right now, you can't write them off. Ramsey, Ozil and Koscielny with the goals to see United off.

Swansea City vs Stoke City

Swansea City1-1Stoke City

What's your prediction?

Swansea haven't played as well as they did last year, with only three wins against unspectacular opposition. Stoke, after their bright start, are without a win in seven, picking up only three points from 21, despite nearly shocking Manchester United a few weeks back. Draw written all over it. Bony and Begovic with the goals.
