Now that all 32 teams have qualified for the World Cup, it is time to look at the best 11 players that will be in Brazil.

Here is the 2014 World Cup Dream Team based on a 4-4-2 formation...

1. Manuel Neuer - GK

Manuel Neuer of Germany looks on during the FIFA 2014 World Cup Qualifier Group C match between Germany and Republic of Ireland at Rhein-Energie-Stadion on October 11, 2013 in Cologne, Germany

Ever since making his debut for the national team in 2009, he has cemented himself as not only the best goal keeper in Germany, but also in the World. He made his World Cup debut in 2010 while still playing for Shalke, but soon after the World Cup made a move to European giants Bayern Munich. He has since won the Bundesliga and the Champions League.

2. Philipp Lahm - RB

Germany's defender and captain Philipp Lahm waits for a corner kick during the 2014 FIFA World Cup friendly football match Italy vs Germany on November 15, 2013 at the San Siro stadium in Milan

Without a doubt the best right-back in the world and of his generation, the German international now has 104 caps under his belt. He is a key component of this German side that hopes to keep a positive record in the World Cup.

3. Vincent Kompany - CB

Pilzen?s midfielder Daniel Kolar (R) and Manchester City's Belgian defender Vincent Kompany vie for the ball during the UEFA Champions League Group D football match FC Viktoria Plzen vs Manchester City in Plzen on September 17, 2013

The best centre-back in the Premier League and captain of Manchester City will be making his debut in an International tournament with his national side in this upcoming World Cup. The Belgium skipper will be the most important factor if Belgium are to have any success in Brazil.

4. Thiago Silva - CB

Paris Saint-Germain's Brazilian defender Thiago Silva arrives on the pitch prior to the French L1 football match PSG vs Monaco, on September 22, 2013 at the Parc des Princes stadium in Paris

Considered by some to be the best centre-back in the world, he will be the most important player in his national side if Brazil want to repeat the success they had over the summer in the Confederations Cup. Brazil have a little more pressure on them since they are expected to win on their home soil.

5. Ashley Cole - LB

Ashley Cole of Chelsea and Samir Nasri of Manchester City battle for the ball during the Barclays Premier League match between Chelsea and Manchester City at Stamford Bridge on October 27, 2013 in London, England

One of the best left-backs in the history of the game will be hoping to leave his mark on Brazil this summer. Ashley Cole has been a consistent member of the Three Lions ever since making his debut and has proven time after time why he is the best in the world.

7. Andres Iniesta - CM

Spain's midfielder Andres Iniesta (L) vies with South Africa's midfielder Dean Furman (R) during a friendly football match at the Soccer City Stadium in Soweto on November 19, 2013

It will be hard to top his performance from the 2010 World Cup in which he scored the game winning goal, in extra time against the Netherlands, in the Final. If Spain hope to repeat the success they had in South Africa, then "Don" Andres will have to have another wonderful World Cup.

8. Yaya Toure - CM

Ivory Coast's Yaya Toure holds a press conference as he was appointed the United Nations Environment Program goodwill ambassador at the UNEP headquarters in the Kenyan capital Nairobi on October 29, 2013. Toure, African Footballer of the Year Toure and star of Manchester City, warned that the slaughter of elephants for their ivory was threatening their very existence as he was appointed UNEP ambassador

Possibly the most complete midfielder in the game today, Yaya Toure can do absolutely everything. Not only can he defend, but he can also help out on the other side of the pitch with a valuable goal. Ivory Coast were eliminated in the Group Stage in their first two appearances in the World Cup and they will be hoping to make a big impact this time around.

9. Arjen Robben - RW

Arjen Robben of Netherlands is chased by Yuto Nagatomo of Japan during the International Friendly match between the Netherlands and Japan on November 16, 2013 in Genk, Belgium

For a while, it seemed that Arjen Robben was destined to lose every final he played in after having lost the Champions League final and World Cup final in the same year. It all changed when Robben finally got to taste success in the final of the most recent Champions League. Robben will be looking to redeem himself after having lost the World Cup final in 2010.

10. Lionel Messi - ST

Barcelona's Argentinian forward Lionel Messi poses after receiving his Golden Boot award, presented to Europe?s best goal scorer of the 2012-2013 season on November 20, 2013 in Barcelona

Without a doubt the best player in the world and maybe in the history of the game, is Argentinian Lionel Messi. One thing that has always haunted Messi, however, have been his performances with his national side. That said, after a very strong qualifying round, he will hope to make an impact in Brazil by leading Argentina to World Cup success and cementing himself as the greatest player ever.

11. Luis Suarez - ST

Uruguay's striker Luis Suarez (top) escapes a diving tackles by Jordan's defender Tareq Khattab (bottom) during their FIFA 2014 World Cup qualifier (intercontinental play-off 1st leg) football match at the International Stadium on November 13, 2013 in the Jordanian capital, Amman

Luis Suarez was a key factor in Uruguay's success in the 2010 World Cup, helping them reach the semi-finals. Suarez will hope to put controversy aside during this upcoming World Cup and repeat the memorable 1950 World Cup final when Uruguay pulled off the biggest upset in World Cup history by beating Brazil in Brazil.
