The 32-year-old's mega-mansion has nine bedrooms, eight dressing and bathrooms, a private cinema, a swimming pool and a sauna.
And it's even got its own lake!
Terry is a step closer to moving into the dream home, which he's had built in the back garden of his current property.
The ex-England captain, who is thought to earn £150k per week, has finally sold the old red-brick house for £5.25m.
Terry
had been struggling to flog the property, just down the road from
Chelsea's training ground in Cobham, Surrey, for the past few years.
He is believed to have been advised to drop the asking price by £750k in 2010.
But, thanks to the booming market, he has at last found a buyer.
