Roma's First Loss Of Points

So here it is- AS Roma's first lost points after a tie against Torino. After 10 games without losing a point, it happened last night at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin.

Obviously, Roma would have lost points sometime but the way they lost it is kind of annoying. Roma controlled the game in the first half, Strootman scored from Pjanic's assist and Roma could have easily made it 2-0.

But they didn't. The second half started and Torino began to attack Roma's goal. Torino showed her impressive attack abilities with lead of ex-Roma player Alessio Cerci (I bet some fans wonder why did we let him go). Cerci was great, didn't stop trying to score from any position and in the middle of the second half he even succeeded. After Maggorrini pushed Benatia (foul to in my opinion) and controlled he passed the ball to the middle where Cerci was, and Cerci scored. Roma first conceded a goal since the 3rd fixture. Roma "woke up", Garcia sub in Ljajic (10 min late) to help his friends get the win and continue the crazy streak. But they didn't succeed, Torino got a point with some help from the ref, who ignored the foul on Benatia when Torino scored, and didn't give 3 penalties in general (2 for Roma 1 for Torino). In conclusion, this was not his best game.

Of course that nothing terrible happened after this amazing season start, but it's disappointing to lose points in this way. Now we just can hope that the players didn't take it too hard. Hopefully they will continue with the amazing season and won't get confused just because they lost 2 points. Of course, Sassulo isn't a real test to see how the players respond to lost points and if Roma really have strength and consistence. Still it would be interesting how Garcia will cheer them up and in what feeling the players will come to the next game. Lets hope it's just was a small mistake that won't effect the great atmosphere of the team.
